Having practiced law for nearly nine years in both the law firm and corporate setting, Nina has witnessed as well as encountered the hurdles that often interfere with the enjoyment of legal practice. Motivated by a desire to help her colleagues navigate the challenges in their legal careers, Nina departed the practice of law to pursue a career in coaching.

Nina has coached attorneys to accomplish goals related to improving performance, career advancement, client development, and creating work/life balance. Nina works with new attorneys to launch their legal careers as well as with seasoned attorneys in career transitions -- either inside or outside of legal practice. Through her coaching, Nina encourages her clients to discover professional and personal opportunities that support their values and compliment their skills.
Nina has been invited to address law firms and bar associations on various topics related to achieving work/life balance including the implementation of reduced hours schedules, time management to increase work productivity, and effective retention tools to attract and retain talented attorneys.
Before entering the coaching profession, Nina served as in-house employment counsel for NestlĂ©, USA, Inc. Prior to her in-house experience, Nina practiced employment and labor law with the Los Angeles office of Littler Mendelson, P.C., and Rosenfeld, Meyer & Susman, LLP of Beverly Hills.
Nina received her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School and her B.A. in Political Science, magna cum laude, from The University of California, Los Angeles. She is a graduate of the Foundations Program of MentorCoach LLC, a leading training program for professional coaches, and is working towards completing MentorCoach’s comprehensive coaching certification program. Nina is a member of the California Bar, the International Coach Federation and the American Counseling Association.
Nina lives in Southern California with her husband and two children.
