Crystal has worked with numerous lawyers at all stages of their careers, including new attorneys and those seeking to make lateral career transitions or a career transition outside the practice of law.  She educates and empowers them to get “unstuck” so they can achieve career fulfilment on their own terms and without the overwhelm.  Crystal accomplishes this through personalized and laser-focused coaching sessions, and by co-creating customized detailed plans to fit each individual’s unique needs. Her approach is client-centered, enabling lawyers to get clear on their next steps and create action plans with steps that can be executed. She supports them through the roller coaster of uncertainty, frustration and stress that can inevitably come with any major change or transition.

Previously a federal law enforcement officer for the United States Department of Justice who was unfulfilled in her profession despite being successful in it, she realized her calling shortly after the attacks on the World Trade Center in 2001. The eye-opening event reminded her how short life was, and she obtained her law degree and practiced law for the city and state of New York.   After a decade of practicing law, she accepted an opportunity to serve as a law school Assistant Dean for Career and Professional Development.  Crystal realized a new passion for helping others reach their fullest career potential and,after successfully navigating career transitions of her own, it became her mission to help others reach their fullest potential as well. 

Crystal obtained her certification from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC), an International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited program in 2014.  She became a #1 best-selling author in 2018 for her book, “Get Your Career Back on Track,” which provides a step-by-step process to readers to overcome perceived obstacles and level up their careers. In addition to working with lawyers in a wide variety of practice areas, Crystal has worked with professionals in a number of other industries including accounting and finance, and information technology.

Crystal has been asked to be a guest speaker at numerous events. She also shares her expertise with others as a facilitator of the White Plains CoachCafe Mastermind for the ICF-New York City Chapter.   Aside from that, she’s been mentioned in “6 Ways to Make January a Great Time to Reboot Your Job Search” published on LADDERS.

When she’s not supporting and coaching clients or speaking at events, she’s enjoying motherhood raising her beautiful daughter Mia.
