As part of the WBA initiative on the Advancement and Retention of Women in the Profession, the Career Development Committee is proud to offer a workshop exploring these questions and more.
The effects of the Great Recession are still reverberating and affecting the business of law. The speed of change in our complex and high-demand lives and profession require a new set of skills and abilities with which to respond, survive, and thrive. Workshop participants will explore personal values, assets, and market realities.
Through interactive exercises, participants will develop strategies and tactics for clarifying their values, planning their paths, defining their brands and taking control of their careers. Whether you are facing change today, need to reinvigorate your career, or even if you are happy where you are, this workshop will provide the valuable tools and techniques to create your own path to success.
Since 1998, Lawyers Life Coach LLC has provided individual and group coaching to attorneys, with an emphasis on empowering women to succeed in their legal careers while protecting their most important personal goals.
